SMS Opt-In Disclosure

Texxto is a cloud-based business messaging platform operated by Cobian Holdings Corp. This page describes how message recipients opt in to receive SMS and MMS messages from businesses using the Texxto platform, and what rights recipients have.
How Recipients Opt In
Businesses using Texxto collect SMS consent from their customers through one or more of the following methods:
- Web Forms: Online forms on the business's website that include clear SMS consent language, a link to this disclosure, and a checkbox or explicit action to agree.
- Paper Forms: Physical application or registration forms with printed SMS consent language and a signature line.
- Point of Sale: Verbal or written consent collected at the time of a transaction or service interaction.
- Text-to-Join: The recipient initiates contact by texting a keyword to a business's phone number.
In all cases, consent is:
- Freely given and not a condition of purchase or service
- Recorded with timestamp, source, and method of consent
- Specific to the business and use case described at the time of opt-in

Message Content and Frequency
- Types of messages: Appointment reminders, account notifications, order updates, customer service responses, promotional offers, and two-way conversations.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies by business and use case. Recipients are informed of expected frequency at the point of opt-in.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out
Recipients can opt out of messages at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message
- Contact the sending business directly
- Email info@texxto.app
Opt-out requests are processed immediately. After opting out, the recipient will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
How to Get Help
Recipients can reply HELP or INFO to any message to receive the sending business's name and contact information, along with Texxto platform support details.
Data Privacy
- Phone numbers and opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Message content is transmitted securely and stored in compliance with industry standards.

Platform Responsibility
Texxto requires all businesses using our platform to:
- Obtain proper consent before sending messages
- Include opt-out instructions in messages
- Comply with TCPA, CTIA, and 10DLC regulations
- Maintain records of consent
