This covers your 10DLC brand registration ($4) and campaign registration ($15) with mobile carriers. It's a pass-through cost required for verified SMS delivery — we don't mark it up. Without 10DLC registration, carriers filter and block messages. This is a one-time charge, not recurring.

Yes. All unused messages from your monthly plan roll over as long as your subscription is active. There's no expiration. If you're on Pro with 7,000 messages and only send 4,000, the remaining 3,000 carry forward to next month.

You're charged the overage rate for your plan (shown on each card). Starter is $0.020/msg, Pro is $0.014/msg. Overages are billed at the end of the month. You can also upgrade your plan mid-cycle to get more included messages immediately.

Yes. No contracts, no annual commitment. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Your numbers and 10DLC registration stay active as long as you have a plan.

Each plan includes dedicated local phone numbers for sending and receiving SMS. These are your numbers — not shared. Thread continuity means your contacts always see the same number. Additional numbers are $1/mo each if you need more than your plan includes.

10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) is the carrier-mandated standard for business SMS. Without it, your messages get filtered, delayed, or blocked. We handle the entire registration process — brand verification, campaign approval, and carrier review. The $19 setup fee is what the carriers charge; we pass it through at cost.
